You read that picture right - No- Bake. What does that mean??? Easy to whip together.
"Energy Bites"
In a large bowl, mix together all of the following:
1 cup Oatmeal
1 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup ground flax seed
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup mini-chocolate chips
Chill in the fridge for 30min. then roll into 1 inch balls and store in air tight container.
Some of these ingredients can be changed - for example, I would try using raisins instead of chocolate chips and wheat bran instead of ground flax seed - or whatever you like.

Do yo eat them before or after you work out?
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't suggest them before you work out - it's not really intended for that - I do enjoy a few when I get back from working out because it's a healthier option for a quick snack.
